Maintenance Administrator

About the role

This position is responsible for the data entry of work orders within the construction/maintenance division.  The role focuses on processing all work with accuracy within a time efficient manner.

Your key duties will include:

  • Receiving and reconciling work orders
  • Preparation and processing of work forms
  • Sourcing maintenance Schedule of Rate codes
  • Liaison with sub-contractors and Trades to ensure documentation is completed and submitted with accuracy
  • Lodging maintenance requests
  •  Perform ad hoc administrative requests as required

About You

The attributes and skills required to be considered for this role include:

  • Previous maintenance industry or facilities maintenance coordination experience is highly desirable
  • a good understanding of the trade maintenance material knowledge
  • proficiency with database management systems
  • a high attention to detail
  • a proven history in data entry/ administration
  • understanding of the use of web based programs, email, MS Office and willingness to learn other job related applications.
  • a proven history in data entry/ administration
  • demonstrated reliability and a positive attitude
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • the ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
  • the ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • a professional approach and presentation


This full time position comes with a remuneration package that includes a base salary of $60,000 plus annual leave loading, salary sacrifice up to $15,900 per FBT year for rent, mortgage or living expenses to provide more net pay and superannuation.
