Maintenance Administrator

About the role

This position is responsible for the data entry of work orders within the maintenance division.  The role focuses on processing all work with accuracy within a time efficient manner.

Your key duties will include:

  • Receiving and reconciling work orders
  • Preparation and processing of work forms
  • Sourcing maintenance Schedule of Rate codes
  • Liaison with sub-contractors and Trades to ensure documentation is completed and submitted with accuracy
  • Lodging maintenance requests
  • Perform ad hoc administrative requests as required

 

About you:

  • Previous maintenance industry or facilities maintenance coordination experience is highly desirable
  • A good understanding of the trade maintenance material knowledge
  • Proficiency with database management systems
  • High attention to detail
  • Proven history in data entry/administration
  • Understanding of the use of web based programs, email, MS Office and willingness to learn other job related applications
  • Intermediate level of administrative and computer skills
  • Demonstrated reliability and a positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
  • Work aunomously and within a team
  • Professional presentation and work approach

 

Benefits

This full time position comes with a remuneration package that includes a base salary of $60,000 plus annual leave loading, the benefits of not-for-profit salary packaging and superannuation.
